Installation process

Prior to installation we complete a site measure and in turn produce a specific layup plan to determine your standard and custom made panel requirements. Production is scheduled and Prop A Deck panels are manufactured to suit.

Preassembled Prop A Deck modular panels are then delivered to site for our professional installation team to install.

Using laser level technology our professional installers fit and adjust panels into position scribing and cutting where required. Prop A Deck spacers are used in conjunction with the adjustable foot for heights that exceed adjustable foot stem travel capabilities. Once all panels are in place and final checks have been completed adjustable foot access holes are plugged and sanded for a clean smooth concealed underfoot finish.

Preassembled Prop A Deck modular panels enable our installers to layup the required area in a faster efficient manner to that of conventional floating deck installation to save time and money.
